Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our holistic wellness services. Please read the following policy carefully before booking your appointment. Appointments All appointments must be booked in advance. By booking a session, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your health, wellbeing, and any relevant medical conditions. If your circumstances change before your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Where sufficient notice is given, a refund, credit, or alternative appointment may be offered. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments, or failure to attend may result in the loss of part or all of the booking fee. These policies are in place to protect appointment availability and respect the practitioner's time. Health Information Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, illnesses, medications, pregnancy, or other relevant health information that may affect their session. All information provided on consultation forms and during appointments must be honest, accurate, and complete. Failure to provide relevant information may impact the suitability of treatment and may result in services being postponed or declined. Holistic Therapy Disclaimer Services including Reiki and other holistic or energy-based therapies are intended to support relaxation, wellbeing, stress reduction, and personal growth. They are complementary therapies and should not be considered a replacement for professional medical, psychological, or healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment. Clients should continue to seek advice and treatment from appropriately qualified healthcare professionals where required. Consent By booking and attending a session, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the services provided, have disclosed relevant health information to the best of your knowledge, and accept responsibility for your own health and wellbeing decisions. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or reschedule treatment if it is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or outside the scope of practice.
